To register your cell phone number or other personal number (home, office) on the Do Not Call Registry, call the following number from your phone: 888-382-1222.

You MUST call from the number that you'd like to have registered.  It takes less than 20 seconds.

A historical day; a historical moment!

Yesterday, history was made in the US.  Barack Obama defeated John McCain to be the first African-American President-Elect of the United States. 

Now, I don't know if it's my pregnancy hormones or what, but I'm SUPER emotional over this.

This man has inspired so many.  You hear so many things about great speakers of the past: Lincoln, Kennedy, King, and though I've read their speeches and seen movies, I didn't feel the EMOTION that people that LIVED during those times felt.  I can imagine how those people felt when I was watching Barack Obama make this speech.

Election Day...and...VAN day!

Yes, that's right.  Today IS Election Day, so Nicholas and I partook in the tradition and went and voted after he finished his breakfast.

It wasn't just Election Day to us, though.  We got a new MiniVan!  Well, it's 'new' to us but it's actually a used van.  It's a 2006 Chrysler T&C Limited, and it's SUPER nice.  Nicer than any car I've had recently!  It even has a built in entertainment system and navigation system!

I'll post pics tomorrow!  Gotta get Nicholas off to bed before we sit our bums in front of the TV and watch the Election Coverage.
