Today I had a follow-up ultrasound (u/s) to check the location of my placenta (which was low-lying at my first u/s - less than 2cm from my cervix) and also to measure my cervix again.
The good news: baby boy K #2 (BBK#2) was measuring well, and is thought to be around 3lbs. My placenta is well away from my cervix now - more than 5cm away.
The 'ok' news: my cervix was measuring a bit shorter than last time, but the funneling has remained in the same stage as what Dr. VDV found, so, no additional funneling.
The bad news: BBK#2 has decided to FLIP! He was head down last Friday and now he's FRANK BREECH, which means...his feet are up by his head, and his butt is down by my cervix! I REALLY hope that he flips back the right way...otherwise, a Cesarean section is in my future.
Here are some pictures (and you can find more in my Flickr album: Flickr Album - PG due in March)
